Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre History
The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center was opened in 2007 after a successful construction process which was both on schedule and within budget. It was built at a cost of $145 million and insied has a mural by Jimmy O'Neal and ten 270kg gold and glass chandeliers. Atlanta Opera were the venue's first resident company upon its opening and since then it has opened many Broadway shows, concerts and corporate events.
