Playwright Kimberly Belflower's seven-time Tony-winning show, John Proctor is the Villain, is headed to the Alliance Theatre for a strictly limited run. Known for her relatable themes of growing up in the modern age, Belflower brings the same concept to John Proctor is the Villain, and will be joined by the similarly skilled Autumn Angelettie as director. A stunning work depicting the youth of the modern age, you won't want to miss it!
A group of Georgian high school students set out to study The Crucible. The further they go, the more they dissect the similarities between their lives and the text. Scandals and teenage heartbreak occur, all while they seek to find their place in the world.
