TEARS FOR FEARS/HALL&OATES

From start to finish, a great show. All the tunes we came to hear. Both TFF and H&O can still deliver a great sound with a new, not off the album, performance. We were 30 rows back on the floor which meant we spent most of the night on our feet. Fans all around us were really into all 3 performers. The only disappointment took place 2 rows in front of us. A "wannabe Romeo and his inebriated girlfriend gave us a 15 minute stand-up makeout session which demonstrated how people continue to behave badly and simply think they are invisible. They left after I gave them $150 bucks to get a room. I went to a H&O concert and got the bonus of TFF. A good night over all.

TEARS FOR FEARS ROCK THE ARENA!!!

5 star rating - it's for TFF. Curt & Roland always deliver. The music was spot on. The set list was great. The sound was perfect and the lighting fit the songs & the mood. It did seem that Curt was singing an octave higher than usual on some songs but I could be wrong. it didn't take away anything from them though. I must say it hurt to hear Roland thanking H & O for 'letting them on the tour'!!! Also, it was awful to be in an audience where so many people didn't care about the band/music. I was the only person up & dancing in my section for at least 10 rows & was asked multiple times to sit down. : ( Hall & Oats rate maybe 3 stars. Their sound people SUCK! I lost count of how many times there was feedback. Lots of tacky effects & the lights kept hitting me right in the eyes. Every song was extended by a long, unnecessary guitar solo (not even by Hall or Oats!) & way too much reverb used. To be honest after butchering 'Sara Smile' - I left. BUT, their Sax Player was fabulous!!

TEARS FOR FEARS VERY IMPRESSIVE, STOLE SHOW

I went to this show to basically see hall and oates as I have been a fan for years. I grew up in the mtv days so I knew some of tff more popular songs but never considered myself a fan nor a hater of their music. about 3 months before the show I downloaded tff greatest hits so I could become more familiar with their music for the show. let me tell you they sounded absolutely amazing.. I never would have expected myself to say that about tff but I couldn't believe how great they were. Hall and oates were good as well as this was my first time seeing either band but tff stole the show. if your not familiar with their music besides their radio hits I suggest you listen before the show to appreciate it more. especially the song "break it down again" which they crush. their drummer was very impressive too cant say enough about the entire performance. I told my friend at the show after tff ended that I would go see this show again just for how they performed. 5 stars for tff

FOR TEARS FOR FEARS

Tears for Fears rocked the show Hall & Oates made me go to sleep. Tears for Fears Tears for Fears sang the songs like they were supposed to be sung " like we all know it" not the new Renditions of songs with extra long guitar solos. Not played by either Daryl or John

AWESOME CONCERT!

Hall & Oates, one of my favorite duos, the concert was superb, sound was awesome, energized crowd. By the time Allen Stone was done, crow was already in a good mood. Tears for Fears rocked the house, live with good sound and music. Hall & Oates keep it going till the end. I would definitely see them again. Highly recommended and worth every penny. The T Mobile venue is spectacular. This concert was worth the trip coming from San Diego, there were people from Seattle next to us who flew in to these these guys... Everyone was happy and very entertained. My daughter had a blast even though she's young but huge Hall & Oates fan (because of me)

TEARS FOR FEARS AND HALL AND OATES

Tears for fears were absolutely phenomenal. They sounded like they did in the 80's. They played to the crowd and the set list was excellent. Allen Stone was actually pretty good also for a relative unknown. Makes you wonder how some stars today get deals and he is unknown. Hall and Oates were pretty good. I was a little disappointed in the set list order. People around me were kind of losing interest. They should put more upbeat songs throughout the show instead of saving them for the encore. But they still delivered an enjoyable show. My opinion though is Tears for Fears rocked the arena last night.. the props to lebron and the Cavs were great! Would definitely pay to see them again and again.
