Madea, is a comedic fictional character created and portrayed by Tyler Perry. The character is an overweight, older woman who embodies the Mammy archetype.Argumentative and willing to threaten people with her gun, she does not get in trouble since she is a nightmare for the police. She has a unique accent, with catch phrases such as "Heller, how ya dern?" or "Halleluyer praise da lort!" Despite her aggressive manner, the character is usually used to teach a lesson.
In ’Madea Gets a Job”, Madea, starring Tyler Perry, comes to the forefront of today’s #1 economic status. JOBS!!! Even as Madea is forced to work, the message is clear and her employer will never be the same after one day on the job. A high-spirited and uplifting performance from a collection of talented and seasoned cast members, ’Madea Gets a Job” is poised to be another Tyler Perry production hit.
