KID ROCK TEAMS UP WITH FOREIGNER
Two rock icons are joining up this summer for a concert experience like none other. With the release of his new album, First Kiss, Kid Rock has enlisted veteran rockers Foreigner to join him on the road and give fans a double treat! For Foreigner, this is an opportunity to gain new fans from a younger, newer demographic, treating them to their 1981 album 4, their biggest album to date.
First Kiss is Rock's tenth studio album in a career that has spanned 22 years. The former hellraiser promises to entertain, even if his more extreme acts (that infamous American flag cape and erm, bedroom tape?) now take a backseat to his superior music, which has seen five Grammy Award nominations and album sales in excess of 25 million. A true Southern artist, he takes his musical style from Midwest hip hop, heavy metal to country rock and even rap rock, inspiring the likes of Eminem, Lil Wayne and Uncle Kracker along the way.
