The world premiere of the new musical The Preacher's Wife is taking place in Atlanta's Alliance Theatre! Based on the movie The Bishop's Wife, the play delivers a new twist on the pre-existing story. The retelling has been written by Azie Dungey and scored by actor and singer Tituss Burgess, who both hail from the Netflix show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt! The show will be directed by Tony Award-winning Michael Arden and Tinashe Kajese-Bolden.
