He was awesome as always! He makes entertainment look so
effortless but worked his butt off for hours! He sounded amazing and
the stage show was so creative, not a bad seat in the house
Gina from Phoenix, Arizona
GREAT SHOW!
Great performance by all. Loved the sense of family between Justin and his back up
signers/dancers/band. A great mix of new and older songs. Amazing dancing.
I was a bit confused about how he would bring the outdoors, indoors, and let me tell
you he did not disappoint. Loved the fact that the stage covered the entire floor, this
lead to not a bad seat in the house.
Over all great job!

J.T,, ALWAYS MESMERIZING!
Show was an explosive production, so spectacular - but the sound seemed off. It was
hard to hear the lyrics because of the VERY LOUD instrumentals...OK, I am in my 60;s so,
could be my age. I just so wanted to hear HIM, his range, and his words. Really, it was
truly GREAT...a NOT MISS. The choreography, the background singers (the "team") - all
of it, except the sound, was GREAT!

JUST RIGHT!
JT rocked the body and the house. His show was
sooooo entertaining , energetic and enigmatic! Loved
every minute.

EXCELLENT ENTERTAINER
JT was the best concert and proves he can still Cry Me A River any day.
Great, great show!!!

AWESOME PERFORMANCE
I’ve been to many JT CONCERTS and March 15 was third Man of Woods concert. It was best as he made it more intimate when engaging with audience. The song choices and dancing were perfect. He is very sincere and always gives 100 percent. He has so many hit songs there is never a slow moment. I consider him second to Mick Jagger as performer. Loved concert
Laura Hawkins from San Francisco, California
AWESOME CONCERT
Oakland concert was just awesome. He sang all his great songs. Great choreography. As it was ostponed he didn’t have as much stage decor and back up dancers so focus was on singing. He gave 100 percent engaging with audience and dancing and singing recommended for everyone

JUSTIN WAS FANTASTIC BUT SOUND SYSTEM TERRIBLE
My first JT concert he is a great
showman stage lights great however
as in other concerts I’ve been to at
PPG
Sound systems terrible
Kudos to JT your the best
Thumbs down to PPG arena

JT WAS WONDERFUL
I agree with the others about the poor quality of the sound system and lack of big screens.
BUT... I LOVED THIS SHOW!
Jimmy from Houston, Texas
GOOD SHOW - BAD SOUND
JT put on a great show and you could tell he put a lot of thought into the performance and making sure he worked the whole crowd - from one end to the other. However the sound system was bad and ruined a lot of his best music.

GREAT SHOWMAN - DISAPPOINTING SOUND SYSTEM
We arrived at the TU Center at 7 pm, never
expecting to wait two hours for JT to take the
stage. DJ was entertaining, but not what we
wanted to experience for roughly an hour.
Justin’s music, dancing and overall
showmanship drew us to the Times Union
Center show. Those three features didn’t
disappoint; however, the sound system was
awful. It was much louder than clear. At times,
it was nearly impossible to hear the lyrics.
The back-up singers and dancers were great.
Wished he performed is most popular hits
earlier in the show. I thought the balance
tipped to new material. We left at 11, without
ever hearing the “Can’t stop the feeling” crowd
pleaser.
A concert goer from Boston, Massachusetts
PAID TOO MUCH FOR WHAT WE GOT
The seats I bought were selling for only $100 day of
the show. Sound was muddy and honestly, I expected
more singing from JT, not the audience, not the dj and
not the opening act. Maybe my expectations were too
high, but I was disappointed
V. from New York, New York
I EXPECTED AMAZING!! BUT EXPERIENCED MEH.
Believe me...no bigger JT fan...so that’s why I was so bummed by this show. I felt like he phoned it in (no real dancing or big stage surprises) . The fact that he instagrammed the night before “I gotta work on my birthday “ said it all. Sound system was terrible. I kept waiting for that “Oh my god this is the best concert!” feeling but never got it. Very disappointing. 😔 But still...some fun moments...I’ll still see him again. 🤞

NOT HIS BEST
Saw JT at MSG last night and was disappointed. The showmanship was great but I felt he wasn't on form. He seemed tired and flat. He seemed to not sing all of his songs. Instead was carried by the backing singers and even the audience. The set was awesome though

DISAPPOINTED
The show was nice, but lacked oomph. The song selection was okay. Expected more.
I had an awesome slice at Rosa's pizza at Penn Station which was satisfying.

OVERALL NOT WORTH THE 238.10 PRICE FOR SECTION 109
Ok, no mention of DJ Disaster or Kid Pop (except Canadian shows) being openers. Ticket says JUSTIN 7:30pm. (1) We enter at 7:15ish & DJ Disaster (not his real name cause I'm not praising this guy) is playing his set. The set is WEAK. Play, pause, next song, play, pause and repeat... that's NOT a DJ. No mixing, ZERO creativity. As an MC - sucks. Calls a girl up little girl "Kate" to dance but then doesn't let her finish. Keeps saying he's looking for fans in the upper deck to upgrade to the VIP section, but never brings them down. I AM a bigger hit at backyard bbq's with my I-phone & a Jambox. WEAK SET!!! (2) Kid Pop ..I don't know who that was. I could barely understand the kid. 2 LOUD! & you would think right then & there the brain dead sound guys would have been in a panic & fixing things. (3) Justin TAKES THE STAGE AY 9:09pm!! WTH!!! 90 minutes of $#!+ openers followed by a HORRIBLE SOUND SYSTEM & JT only singing portions the songs? 20/20 tour in Vegas was WAY BETTER!
MH from Phoenix, Arizona
GREAT ENTERTAINER
The worst thing about the show was the sound system. The background singers and musicians volume were louder than Justin's drowning him out. Really couldn't here is voice. Opener Yates needs to be reconsidered. Concert started at 7:30 with DJ and Yates (got monotonous and boring) Justin didn't hit the stage til 9:15pm. Better to have shorter opening time, Have Justin do his 1st half then bring DJ back on stage to finish last half. Gives crowd a chance to get drinks and bathroom break. Too much down time. Justin himself is a wonderful entertainer and wasn't done justice by sound system and downtime. Think he's a wonderful example to the music community.

NEED BIG SCREEN
Couldn't see the great dancing. Sound System Sucked.
from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
SOUND NOT GOOD
Sound system was terrible could barely hear him for 1/2 of the show until he sang Drink you away and those later. He's great but sound ruined the first 1/2 of the show
Pat from Sudbury,, Ontario
TERRIBLE SOUND

Great stage
Great stage presences
Terrible sound system.
DONT GO, buy the music instead.

STARS ONLY FOR LIGHT SHOW
Awful sound system. JT did not sing or dance in any
meaningful way (sort of half hearted). Back up
dancers were out of synch. We left early. And we
were not alone. Wish I could get a refund.
Jack from Charleston, WV
DISTORTION
Music much too loud and distorted JT put on a
good show but disappointed in music
Patty from Dallas, Texas
SOUND....NO BIG SCREENS
I love JT and was looking forward to the concert for weeks. Seats were not on the floor but good...sad to say the sound was terrible. People around us left. I was very disappointed. And then the screens, you go to see JT for the music, but, let's be honest, we want to see him dance. If you were not on the floor, you couldn't see much. In a venue that big....you need big screens that show the performers at all times. Thanks..
Steve from Dallas, Texas
NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Sound was too loud and too much lip singing
JS pdx from Portland, Oregon
BAD SOUND AND NO SOUL
You would think that after all of the reviews that commented about the bad sound system, that JTs crew would’ve had a fix by now. Nope!
He’s such a great showman and I know everything is planned, and choreographed, but it was obvious JT was going through the motions with no soul, along with his band and dancers that pretended to be having a great time.
Diane from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
WOW! I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO THOUGHT IT WAS TERRIBLE!
I was so excited for this concert. Basically, everything that you read in all the previous low star reviews, is what I experienced. So disappointed to wait almost 2 hours, listening to the DJ say the SAME THING over and over again. The dancers blocked JT's appearance all up and down the stage. Another thing, he ran up and down the stage so much I could barely see him. I paid a lot more for TX next to the stage, and here, my TX were no different than the people's who were at the other end of the venue; deceiving. I also thought he was lip syncing. At one point I saw his mouth closed but the words were still going.....I wasn't sure I was seeing right. From the get go, when he came out on the stage, his dance moves were low key, minimal effort, and barely there. I am glad I wasn't the only one who thought this, it validates my opinion.
from Boston, Massachusetts
AWFUL AWFUL
He ran up and down the stage the sound quality was Awful he barely sang any of his
songs but he sang Fleetwood Mac..I have never seen so many people leave a concert
early. I would love a refund..What a waste of Money
Becky katz from Lexington, Kentucky
POOR SOUND
Great dancing but terrible sound system

WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?
Don't get me wrong Justin Timberlake is very talented! he's got the moves and the music to prove it, however that concert was not the Justin I saw on the 20/20 experience. It was clear he was not singing, he was either lip syncing or having the audience sing for him. "Worlds" biggest sing along! I was not getting a great vibe that he was making it up to an audience that had been cancelled on in October. I felt he could care less and when he tried singing it sounded like his voice was just not there. I think you owe your fans an apology! Just so disappointing!
from Phoenix, Arizona
WHAT WAS THAT? REALLY?
I was running late for the concert, but when I saw the opening act (if you want to call it that) I was glad. The DJ was horrible, and when he brought his cousin or whoever it was up on stage to dance around the their music. I was like is he really being filmed with a phone by a 10yr old? It was really low rent.
Then Francesco Yates hit the stage bluck, really cover songs, I could have gone to a local bar and had a great dinner with my family for that. I was really excited about JT but the over produced and under performed concert was a huge disappointment. No one was singing or dancing, instead we were yawning, and everyone in our section was on their phone and not filming the concert either. Just a horrible and disappointing experience we left early, and I have never done that.
Kyle Broad from Gilbert, Arizona
UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED...
I can't believe we waited this long for such a bad experience. The light show and dancing was on-point, but the sound was beyond terrible. I can't understand how this even happened. Didn't they do a sound check?? We couldn't understand a single word he sang. It took minutes to figure out what song was playing because it was so distorted and unintelligible. I really hope it was the venue and not JT, but I still put the onus on JT to make sure to put out a good product. My wife and I left after an hour because we just couldn't take it anymore.
Dan esposito from Indianapolis, Indiana
JUSTIN TIMBERFAKE
Absolutely worst concert I’ve been to ever. Techno back around blaring and drums parenting made it impossible to hear any singing. Covered up by approximately 12 support dancers I felt scammed and we left after an hour.It was originally a Christmas present for my wife as the show is supposed to be last December. I’ll certainly have to buy her something else to make up for this incredibly poor event. We have nothing positive to say about the sound quality, lack of music, and I’m not sure we ever heard Mr. Timberfake sing a full song.
Uzma from Rocklin, California
DISAPPOINTED
My first review ever but I had to ironically “Say Something”...
I don’t know why we are late...?!
Seriously 😳 JT had just that to say about arriving to perform at his concert a little after 9pm. The concert was supposed to start at 7pm...needless to say he was the only one that late at his own concert. Please have the decency to be honest about your reasons then to give such lame excuses. You lost two fans that night! Most people around us had started leaving even before he got there. It was a Sunday night...some of us had driven there from out of town and were expecting a lot better. It’s just sad when big stars start thinking they can just wing it and it will be fine. No, you have to practice with the sound system each time you are about to perform specially in front of a live audience. You can’t just show up and expect everyone to be amazed by your mere presence! Respect other’s time and appreciate the money they gave to watch you perform otherwise you will lose more fans but more importantly lose the respect they have/had for you! I hope you learn from your own mistakes and do better next time.
